Christopher James Maxwell, one of the leading figures in the abstract art movement of recent years. Noticed at the Venice Art Festival, he presents his private collection to art lovers at the Corniche Istanbul Design Center. Maxwell, who says he is influenced by sensual artists such as Anthony Bourdain, Jackson Pollock, Charles Bukowski, and Bob Dylan, sums up his relationship with art this way: "I realized I could recreate the crazy, chaotic events and feelings I witnessed and experienced during my travels with vibrant colors."
